The Awards recognise and celebrate firms that demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to delivering good outcomes for their customers. The Awards are organised by an Innovate UK-supported consortium comprising representatives from industry, academia, and charities in the financial services sector.
Judged by an independent panel of experts, the Awards shine a spotlight on leading firm's efforts and accomplishments in embedding the Consumer Duty and driving positive change within the industry.
An Awards ceremony will be held in late June 2024 in London at the Oxford and Cambridge Club.
These Awards are open to all firms to which the Consumer Duty applies. Industry bodies and advisers of regulated firms may also submit joint applications with an eligible firm.
